About me
"When you photograph people in color,
you photograph their clothes.
But when you photograph people in black and white,
you photograph their souls!"

About My Work:
The best photos don’t happen when someone’s frozen in front of a camera waiting to be told to smile. They happen in the in-between moments, when you forget I’m even there. That’s what I’m always chasing, whether I’m shooting a local landmark or something deeply personal to you.
Honestly, this started long before I had my own gear. I used to sneak my mom’s camera out of the house and drive all over California just to shoot whatever caught my eye. She had no idea what I was up to, until I’d come home and show her photos she never expected me to be able to take. That look on her face is probably what got me hooked.
I’ve been behind a camera ever since, through film-making projects, a YouTube channel, and a whole lot of still photography. What I’ve taken away from all of it is pretty simple: comfort and connection are everything. If you’re tense, I can see it. If you’re having fun, I can definitely see that too.
Why Work With Me?
I think in stories, not snapshots. My video and film-making background changed the way I see photography.
I’m not just looking for a nice frame, I’m looking for the moment that actually means something, whether that’s your special day, dressing up to go to Comic Con, or hanging out with the family. That instinct follows me into every session.
I take this seriously, even if it started as a side hustle. Every client gets the same level of care, when you book your session with me, you get organized files, backups, clean delivery, and a turnaround time that won’t leave you waiting around wondering. No exceptions.
I know this coastline. I’m based right here on California’s Central Coast and I genuinely love this area and over the years I’ve found spots that don’t show up on anyone’s Pinterest board.
These are places that feel real and specific and beautiful in a way that makes your photos feel the same way.
Destination session?
Road trip to somewhere that means something to you?
‘m in. Traveling is something I genuinely enjoy, so if your vision goes beyond the Central Coast, don’t hesitate to ask.
Some of my favorite work has happened far from home.
